I own a domain and have set up email for that domain at the admin center of domains.live.com.  I need to do two things right now, I need to set up another email account and I need to reset the password for one of my users.

However, when I log into domains.live.com, I am presented with a yellow status that says, "Pending DNS configuration".  When I click on the domain name, the next screen says "You need to prove ownership of this domain by creating a DNS record. Use the settings below."  However, we've been using this domain and email addresses within it for months now.

I need to get this resolved quickly.  What do I need to do to accomplish my above tasks, and without any chance of deleting the existing emails attached to this domain?
