Hi,  I could not remember my original email accounts password after being overseas for 4 weeks.  Unfortunately my computers hard drive also had software issues which mean I needed to purchase a new computer which is a HP Envy 23 i7.  I have submitted several verification forms to try to access my Hotmail account, contacted the Microsoft Customer Service, gone to a link to do a two step verification and have now been sent an email informing me that I have attempted to many times to sign into me email and to create a new one. I have now created a new Hotmail account which has migrated through to Outlook.   I have not been able to access my old Hotmail for 8 weeks, which is a personal as well as a business email.  I have just now tried to call the Cusomer Service again to no avail!!! Can anyone sort this out for me.  I need to get into my old account!
