Whenever I try reset my password via the reset password link to an alternative email address (the one linked to this account) I receive the password rest email, however when the link provided I get message saying:
'There's a temporary problem
There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.'
I have tried several times over the past month and have received the same message. When I attempt to film out a form to regain access to my account I get an email saying I have not supplied enough information and should try again, despite the fact I have supplied all the information I have on the account, including previous passwords.So I contacted Microsoft via phone to resolve the situation my ID number for this being: SRX1209322883ID
They have since replied via email, sending me here with the following message:
