My daughter cannot log into her hotmail account she gets the message your account is not ready, family safety settings not finished.  When I click on the link to finish the settings it brings me to a page for windows 8 or RT. I am on windows XP. My daughter is an adult now so I tried to turn off all of her safety settings and she still could not get in so I tried to delete family member and she still cannot get in.  What do I do she needs her account for school.
