My brother's facebook account been hacked and therefore he need to log in to his hotmail account to reset the password. However he forgot his hotmail password and therefore he tried to reset the hotmail password by filling
the technical form provide in the hotmail website. He tried filling out as much info as he can but in the end, he got reply saying he didn't fill in enough info and been asked to try again. He filled the form three times and in the end, he was asked to open
a new account. He really need to get his account back because it is the email linked to his facebook. Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem? Thank you.
