Ok when I downloaded the new outlook to transfer over it transferred my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** address just fine and a gmail I had and my new outlook one I created however two other emails my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** only transferred over as SEND only accounts I cannot get any mail from these two addys into my 'Cloud" of emails all else is coming in under *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but the two one shaw account and one Hotmail account do not receive mail.  I went to email management and it said to add a send and receive email address follow etc I did that but it comes up they have all ready been added  Well they have been added alright but only as SEND only so I cannot receive mail and it won t let me cancel them and it won t let me add them as Send and Receive emails   HELP please
