I have not been able to receive messages for two days.  My internet provider tried to help me but now tells me this is a Microsoft issue.  I have 4 emails set up with Live Mail and only one email address is affected. 

It looks like I can send an email because I am able to access my internet providers website where I can also look at emails from this one address.

This has also affected being able to receive emails on my phone.

This is the error I get:  (It is the correct password)

An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.
