Folders in Windows Live Mail disappeared after mandatory update from v11 to v12

I received a mail from Outlook to update my Windows Live from v11 to v12. I did so, and since all my folders with archive e-mails are not visible anymore in Windows Live Mail. Any idea how I can get these back?
