Recently, I had a computer glitch, with a difficult Restart, but eventually that worked. Nevertheless, I lost all my folders in Live mail. The other emails, past and present, are there but the Folders are gone. Any ideas on how to retrieve. I have gone ahead and started new ones, but the old ones go back more than a year, and have information I hate to lose.
