I'm getting the following message when I use Hotmail in the browser through Outlook.live.com and Chrome.  (I'm using Win10).

'The following files couldn't be attached: xxx Please try again later.' 

It's started suddenly and there's been no change to my settings that I'm aware of.  It functions on Edge, but I need it on Chrome for reasons I won't bore you with.  Anyone got any ideas what could be messing with it?

It uploads the attachment with the blue bar filling to the very end, then, at that point, comes up withe the error message.
