Hi

I am wanting to switch from Windows live mail 2012 (build 16.4.3528.0331) to Outlook (Microsoft Office 2013 (15.0.5007.1000).  The operating system is Windows 10 (64 bit).  When I try to export the email in Exchange format I get the error message "The export could not be performed.  Your default MAPI store could not be opened".  I have tried making Outlook the default program but that does not seem to help.

Any suggestions please?
