When I do what is suggeted by copying and pasting this link in the Command Prompt (C:\Windows\system32>esentutl.exe -d "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Mail.MSMessageStore")  I get the message "Access Denied"  It didn't ask me for a password or anything after I clicked on "Run As Administrator"  It took me right to the command prmpt to paste the link into it.
