I have been using windows movie maker in Windows 7 and just upgraded to Windows 10.  The movie maker file is still available, but I can only open the projects that were not completed.  When I try to open a completed movie, I get a box stating that movie maker does not support the selected file type.  The completed movies are saved as a MSDVD file, while the open projects are saved as just a movie maker project.  Is there a way I can open the completed (MSDVD) files?  Or do I need to uninstall Windows 10 and save the file in a different format before re-installing it?
