can anyone assist in resolving this issue with my windows live mail:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (ernshern) account.

Server Error: 404
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80194194

Seems I cannot receive mails with my windows live mail.

Can anyone be kind enough to assist?
