I have had to reinstall windows because I had a virus.  I have now noticed a problem with Skydrive. 

If I am in Microsoft office, there is no problem, I can open a document from Skydrive from File and Open.  However, if I open the Skydrive folder and double click a document that i wish to open I get an error saying that 'An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file....'with the above code.  I have searched on line for help with this but no one seems to have the same problem. 

Please could anyone advise?
