Recently, Outlook has removed the linked accounts feature, the one where you could log on to one email and be able to hop over to another with a simple click. You wouldn't need to log out and log back in or type in any passwords after the accounts were linked. I, like many others, received an email as a warning saying that Microsoft was removing that feature from Outlook. Being the busy person I was, I didn't have time to really prepare for something like this, so when my accounts were all unlinked, I couldn't remember the passwords for a couple email addresses that were rather important to me.

Allow me to shed some light on the background information. Skip ahead a few paragraphs to get to the question.

One of my emails, the one that I use for all my online payments, my bills, my 'whatever' email, was my very first email address, one I have been using for almost a decade. I made a couple other emails, one for business, another for a couple online stuff. The problem is, the password to my business email was very simple to remember, the one for a couple online stuff took a bit to remember, but my email that I use for all my bills, online payments, and everything else was the hardest.

Initially, when I tried to get back into that account, I didn't think right away to send a password reset to my business email, I instead went right for account recovery request, which was a very bad idea. When I said I've had this email for almost a decade, that means when I made the account I put in an address I don't live at anymore, I put in an age that was more than likely not my real age, and I set up a security question with a very vague answer.

I don't use this email for sending stuff, it's only for receiving, I don't have an xbox account, so I will not have received any emails about xbox live on it, I have no idea where it says I'm living at because I've moved almost four times since I made the email address. I have an idea of what the age I put on it might be, because when I made it I might have tried to set my age at a certain number for whatever reason.

The problem I need resolved is that when I tried contacting Microsoft to fix this, they responded with, and I'm paraphrasing, "we've gathered your information and we'll look it over". That's it, they just looked at it, they didn't respond with a resolution for my issue, they just said we're going to investigate this matter, and then the issue was closed. Is there any way that Microsoft can simply unlock my email for a period of time so that I can log in? During the time the account was locked due to "someone is trying to access your account" I was able to reset the password.

I just want to verify that I can not give up this email, I can not make a new one, I need this email more than anything. I will be lost without this email unlocked. I have set a new password for it, I know all the previous passwords for it, I'm almost sure I can pinpoint down to the month and year of when I made this email. I need this email address back.
