About 2 weeks ago. MSN stopped me from getting into my email account, which I have had for 15 years, because of "suspicious activity".  I have been in contact with support several times, and they tell me to complete an account recovery form.  I have done this several times, but each time, within a few minutes, they tell me they cannot accept my request.  Over and over again, they ask for my name, date of birth, zip code, name of a historical figure, password, etc., with same results: an automated rejection within a few minutes. Support tells me that the form will ask for a list of recent emails, but it never does.  I have set up an alternate Outlook email address to receive these rejections.  What can I do?
