Is there a way that my files uploaded to skydrive (usually photos from my phone, sometimes office files) can be automatically downloaded to my other devices without having to do anything... like dropbox? in my opinion skydrive isn't better than dropbox and doesn't 'free my files' like microsoft says it does. it's actually much more of a hassle because it seems like files are sometimes in the cloud, sometimes not with skydrive. whereas with dropbox you know that once that icon turns green, they are on that device just like any other file.  that dropbox green icon gives you piece of mind whereas you don't know where you are with skydrive.

So if i want to post a pic or two to fb, it's so much easier just browsing to my dropbox folder and picking the pictures. with skydrive, it posts a link to fb which seems awkward and clunky.  i want the pictures to just be there... not some link to another site (skydrive) with some long, weird filename. can't microsoft just make it easy??

is there a setting in skydrive on my tablet (RT) and my notebook (Win 8) so that the files just download? ... just like dropbox .. and not clunky and difficult?  It sort of works on my notebook, but it just seems so slow.. unlike dropbox which seems to be able to sync by the time i have booted up..

And if not, why not?
