Did windows 10 not save my settings and all from Windows Live Mail that I always use?

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and it didn't appear to save my setting and log in info of my Windows Mail.  Do I have to start from scratch with Windows Live Mail ?  Or can I bring back all my settings/login etc.
