My Microsoft Office account no longer exists after being a consumer of this provider for many years Help?

I mean it literally does not exist also was notified via pop up notice that no websites will allow my access.

This is beyond an issue of a forgotten password or log in mix up...

as I can not log into an account that does not exist. 

I do not understand I have been a loyal consumer/user of all things MICROSOFT for my preferred service provider and I can assure you this is 

I AM IN A STATE OF GENUINE DISBELIEF ...I love windows ....well that is my experience anyways... I have actually been happy with the majority of of their product and even though I am in a state of literal SHOCK I thought they were very helpful with issues I may have been confronted with and quick to respond .
