On July21 I received info on how to delete my e mails in Windows Live (via the Control Panel etc.) doesn't work.    I have tried everything else suggested and am about to go crazy!    this has only happened since Windows 10 was downloaded onto my computer without my knowledge.    I do not and have not used it.    I can do it with Outlook but it doesn't translate into Windows Mail.     Someone out there with a brain bigger than mine must know how!     Thanks.
