HI everyone

I've got a Code 19 and my computer doesn't recognise my CD/DVD drive, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the drive and it still doesn't work.

I'm a 66 year old man with very little knowledge of computers, could any one help me out with this problem please?

Also could you please use non technical terms please, the simpler the better for me.
