When I attempt tp change Time Zone in Hotmail via More Options/Manging Your Account/Timezone I do not get a window that permits me to complete this task.  What I am getting is the Account Summary Page!  It is very annoying having US times when eastern Australia is required.  Can you help or is this something that is currently being implemented over time?
