I have not used my OUTLOOK for about one year. Now I want to use it again, but I can't activate it AGAIN. My product-key is not accepted. My WORD and POWER POINT is OK, and I can find the Product ID, whilw OUTLOOK do not have a Product ID. What can I

I have a macbook air. I am trying to add an Exchange account in Outlook 2011 for Mac but am receiving an error as below: "authentication failed. Check your account information and try again"

Some of our users cannot change the main fonts setting (outlook-preference-fonts) after our outlook2011 was upgraded to latest version 14.32,
I can select any fonts at that moment but the sample text does not change at all and it remains the original fonts.
Anyone ever has the same problem?
Checked some help online and find someone mentioned to install a Mac OS X COMBO to try the fix, seems it doesn't work for me.

I have been running Outlook for Mac 2011 for 18 months. it has been working fine syncing with Exchange Server. Very recently it stopped syncing and will now only download 512 emails in both the inbox and sent items, will not update as new emails arrive,
wont sync contacts or calender.
The only way to update the latest emails is to clear the cache but it still only downloads 512 emails.
I have re-installed Office three times, created new identities but without any solution. I have even tested the situation on another Apple laptop with Outlook but the same results occur.
Apple say it is not an operating system issue, Microsoft want the usual money before they look into it and my IT company, who don't support Apple but have looked into can't seem to find an answer. Having tested the situation on another Apple laptop, my suspicion this is an exchange server issue, although I have tried another email address on my company's exchange server with the same results.
I have updated to the latest version of Outlook (14.3.2)
By the way, i also sync my iPhone with the same exchange server and this works fine.

Indeed impossible to fix a server address type external https://owa.****.
Once the external address input, it remains until the next redemarage.
It is replaced by the internal address of my exchange server 2010.
Would there be a parameter in the server?
I have not problem in Windows Outlook clients (2003 2007 2010)

I have loaded office on my iMac word and Excel are ok but outlook says it wants actification. It wont accept my cd code or email???
When someone sends an update for an existing meeting i got this error from Outlook 2011:
Error code 19717 - Could not Synchronize Record "Name of the Meeting"
I thought I would like to use Outlook 2011 for the mac. It is great software, but I would prefer to move back to the native apple mail. It just makes syncing so much easier with my devices.
However Outlook only produces OLM files... How do I get messages back over to Mail. I have looked everywhere and cannot find a solution.

A few messages received each day, simply don't want to be deleted. I hit delete but it just goes to the next message and the original message remains. Most of these are junk mail types, which won't move to junk mail either. Some of these are emails
captured by my web host as either incorrectly addressed and redirected to my email account. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
