My outlook is stuck in "sending" mode and I cant stop it. 

I have restarted my computer and outlook and it remains the same.  I would like to retrieve the email it is trying to send and send it from another email address or something.  I cant find the email because there is no "outbox" and it is stuck in limbo sending mode

No approval option for Moderator of Distribution group

I have a user who is using Outlook 2011 for Mac, they are setup as a Moderator for a Distribution Group. They recieve the "approval requested" notification emails. But can not do anything because there is no approve or deny buttons showing up in the email.  They do get the option if they use the Outlook web app.

Is this not a feature in Outlook for Mac users ? Or is there a setting or something I am missing?

Outlook crashed, can’t rebuild database, tried everything – what now?

I'm at the end of my tether. I'm new to Mac and was almost sold on Macs - until this. 

I have Outlook 2011 for Mac and it used to crash every now and then, no big deal, it would work again. Now it's crashed and I can't revive it.

I have tried to rebuild the database but I get a "your database could not be rebuilt -18000" error. I can't seem to find any information on what the -18000 means.

I have created a new identity and it works fine while it's blank. When I try and copy across various folders from the old identity to retrieve my emails and contacts, it just doesn't work, as soon as I try and rebuild the database for the new identity, I get the same error, so somehow something has gone seriously amiss with something.

I'm pretty keen to recover my emails, so how can I do this when no solution seems to work? I can find them when I search for them in Spotlight, I just have no way of opening them or exporting them to a new mail program.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Outlook 2011 for Mac not syncing with iCal or Contacts

I run an iMac with Mountain Lion 10.8.4 and use MS Office 2011 for Mac. I want to sync Outlook to iCal/Contacts but using the Outlook preferences Sync set up nothing happens in either iCal or Contacts. Does anyone have a solution for this? Apple have referred me to this site.

I have tried deactivating the Sync settings in Outlook and starting again but to no avail.

Really appreciate help on this.

Will color categories for emails in an Outlook for Mac 2011 account migrate over to an Exchange 2010 account, or does Outlook for Mac 2011 not support this?

Connect Outlook to AOL account – not working. I’m getting continuous error messages about cannot locate the server. Any suggestions?

Just downloaded Office for Mac 2011. Goal is to create mail merge emails with Word. Need to connect my AOL account with Outlook and it's not working. Getting error message as follows: Outlook cannot find the server. Verify the server information is entered correctly in the Account Settings, and that your DNS settings in the Network pane of System Preferences are correct.

I've looked for info on what changes are needed, but can't find relevant information. Appreciate any help. Thanks. Wendy
