Mit einem Account bin ich an einem Exchange bei einem Unternehmen angeschlossen. Hier erhalte ich die Nachricht, dass mein Postfach voll ist. Eine Archivierung (wie bei Microsoft Outlook) funktioniert nicht.

Ich finde nur den Menüpunkt "Exportieren" mit OLS Datei. Das habe ich versucht, aber ohne Erfolg. 

Wie kann ich Speicherplatz schaffen, ohne dass die Mails verloren gehen?

Outlook stopped responding two days ago.  It will not start up.  I have gone through rebuilding identity and database, nothing has helped.  
I have an iMac running El Capitan and Outlook is printing attachments that I open in landscape format.  Any ideas?

I am experiencing an issue where in Outlook 2011 14.6.1 (160122), I have 3 IMAP mail accounts. 2 are Gmail and 1 is an @me account. Mail is getting delivered into the inbox for all 3 IMAP accounts but is not syncing to the "On My Computer" folder. I tried making a message rule for new mail delivered to any of the 3 accounts to copy to the "On My Computer" folder, but mail then gets duplicated in the On My Computer folder.

So I either get 2 of every email or none at all.

Anyone have any ideas on this weird issue?

I have already rebuilt the database and profile and that did not resolve the issue.

I have also tried toggling the Group Similar Folders setting and that did not resolve either.

Running Mac OS X 10.7.5

I'm having a issue with microsoft office 2013 on mac, where whenever I open the colour categories on a calendar in Outlook, outlook then just freezes and I have to force quit out of it?

anyone have any ideas why this may be happening?

  • I have multiple ID's under one domain in Outlook 2011 for mac. One of those ID's function perfectly with sending and receiving emails from all domains. The remaining id permit me to receive emails from all domains but it limits the outgoing emails   to my domain only .

                    E.g. I can send an email successfully from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but I cannot send an email to an external domain e.g. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

        

                     my account setting are as below common for all id under that domain :

                     Incoming (IMAP) -993 (SSL)

                      Outgoing (SMTP) -465 (SSL)

                      The same issue is with my iOS on the mobile as well

                      Require your assistance in solving the same.

When searching for an email in the Sent folder, is there some way to get the results to  show the person that the emails were sent to? All the emails that come up in the results show my name, presumably as I was the Sender, but that’s not terribly useful!
