Hello,

we got an Problem in Outlook 2011/2016 with the Signature.

We would like to have the signature like this :

t.      +123 456 789

f.      +123 456 789

m.    +123 456 789

e.      test@test

w.     test@test

But now the problem is if we do the spaces between the words with the spacebar it wont get in a centered spot where the begin of the second words are in a straight line to the words following on the bottom.

With the Tabulator for the spaces it wont work either, it will cause that everything written after the Tabulator is moved into a new row.

Could anybody answer me how i can get the signature in a straight line with the starting letter of each row? Already tried to do it in excel/word and then copy+paste it into outlook but it will just copy it terrible.

Hi All,

Why my outlook keep messages on my gmail server, I see this setting on outlook for windows, but I couldn't find it anywhere on outlook for mac.

My preference or desire? To leave NO messages on my e-mail server when they are downloaded to Outlook

Hi, i have set up an ymail account in outlook but i am getting an error below:

4.3.2 internal server error(6530). Incorrect Username/password.

I know that my email address and password is correct as i use it to login online.

Also, the online account and outlook are not sync correctly. Anyone got any advise?

I am using a macbook air. my email is from microsoft outlook [live].Miscrosoft is sending me a message "i have 2 ea junk accounts and I need to change one" how do I do this?

I have Outlook 2011 installed ... if a flag an e-mail to follow up, it doesn't appear in the smart-folder flagged mail. I tried rebuilding the database, delete and recreate my account nothing works. The Filter in the Smart-Folder is set to Follow Up Flag -> Not Completed

any suggestions?

When I’m traveling and trying to send emails from outlook 2011 for Mac, I get the error message “Not Authorized” and the emails stay in the outbox. (Sometimes if I use a dongle I get the error message “Authentication failed because Outlook doesn’t support any of the available authentication methods”).

After several sending attempts, the emails finally will be sent. This does not however happen every time I send an email, sometimes the emails go through without any problem at all, and sometimes they get stucked in the outbox for a shorter or longer time. The problem also seems to appear only with certain operators, while there is no problem at all with other operators!

All settings for my outgoing server etc are correct according to my own operator, so the emails should be delivered without problems, independently of where in the world I am, or which operator I use.

I also have the latest versions of Mac OS X and Oulook 2011 for Mac.

Any idea of what could cause this strange problem?
When starting Outlook (this only happens when using exchange), a window appears with two progress bars: "updating identity". This then takes about 30 minutes to finalize. Alternatively, you can delete and recreate the identity. Is there now a permanent solution for this issue or is it known why this happens at all? This problem seems to exist since many years.  Thank you for your help.

Hello

Sometimes when I send an email or reply to an email the receiver gets an email with no body. In my sent items the email has a body and looks as it should, but the receiver just gets an email with a subject and nothing in the body.

It's an Exchange account hooked up to Exchange Server 2007. We have Exclaimer mail utilities applying a signature in between.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, it's intermittent and I can't seem to find a pattern.

Thanks

I installed a system upgrade for Office for Mac 2011.  After I did so my Outlook Calendar is completely empty.

How can I recover the data?
