Hello,

My colleague has two mailboxes:

- "Mailbox A" = Her primary email account (e.g. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

- "Mailbox B" = A generic account for a specific purpose (e.g. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

All of the email she sends and receives for her day-to-day work is done through "Mailbox A", which is perfect!

If I sent a meeting invite to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. it shows up in Mailbox B (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***).

How do I have these meeting invites show up in Mailbox A?

Thank you!

Hi,

Since installing office 2011 on my Mac, my emails keep reloading even though they have been deleted & removed from the deleted bin.  This is also the same scenario when i have removed/deleted emails from the 'Junk' folder, however they also come back in their hundreds, if not thousands at times.

The other scenario is that even emails that have not been deleted also get reloaded and at times I'm sitting with multiple duplicates of the same email in the same folder.

How can this happen if they have already been downloaded from the server AND deleted?

So, has anyone a solution to this problem?

Thx

Every time I open Outlook, which is daily, I get the following error messages for 2 of my email accounts (they are both @sbcglobal.net accounts). Each time, I need to re-enter my password. I always check "remember my password" but it never works. I'm 100% certain I put my password in when I set up the account, so why does it keep "forgetting" it? How can I fix this?

Hy !! I replaced my hard drive, but now my all data have been erased ... I decided to install Microsoft Office again, it worked except for Outlook asking me the product key. I do it but it say my product key isn't available ... I don't understand. (Sorry for my bad english!)

I'm looking for a way to edit the Recent Recipient list (the auto-complete list under Contacts and Recent Addresses) using AppleScript.  I have a need to prune that list programmatically, instead of manually clicking the X button to remove individual addresses.  I'm aware of the clear recent recipients command in AppleScript, but that clears the entire list.  I need to be able to remove selected entries (e.g. by domain name of the address).

Is that list an accessible object within AppleScript?  Any thoughts as to how I could do this?

Thanks!

Is there a way to filter or search for only calendar invites. I am using Outlook 2011. These are not just attachments, and often not an attachment at all.

Ideally I'd like to save a search so that I can see any invite that has come into my email. I am on a few company distribution lists that get filtered into specific inboxes. I want to be able to see the invite in those boxes.

TIA

Using the latest version of Outlook 2011 on OSX Mavericks 10.9.2 linked to a Exchange Server.

On my iPad and iPhone using the TaskTask App all my Tasks and Flagged items display correctly as they are using OWA.

In Outlook 2011 there are flagged messages missing, tasks due in future are mixed in with todays tasks despite the order being set to Due By. The list flashes and takes focus back to top item intermittently.

Any ideas as to why Outlook 2011 is not displaying the data it holds in the server and correctly displays on Apps and OWA?

Since 14 March Outlook is filing e mails from a safe sender in the Junk folder for no apparent reason. It affects only  e mails from all my contacts at one longstanding  corporate sender only. I have turned off the filter and checked that the sender is not on the blocked sender list. Any ideas please?

Thanks.

Hi guys.

One of the users at my office uses a Mac. He is running Outlook for Mac 2011.
We run a Exchange 2010 e-mail server.

He recently had issues with his Outlook, because his mailbox was absolutely gigantic (20GB)
I archived most of his mail and deleted his account in Outlook.
I set up the exchange account in Outlook again from scratch.

Everything works now, except for his attachments!
When he gets a mail with an attachment, the attachment only downloads once he opens the mail. This is very irritating and takes a long time.
It never used to do this before.
His mail is not set up to download "Headers Only", and I cant find any settings that tells it to only download attachments after opening a mail.

We have other people using macs as well, and theirs doesn't do this.

I hope someone can help.

Thanks
