Do I need to do something ?
there are somethings go wrong.
my domain is mpcontractor.com and i setup outlook mail for my domain .
i don't know what happen to my employee email account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** , this email account can send and receive ok. but some of my customers use this email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** feedback that they send email to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but she does not receive the mail from them, and the mail does not return to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** if it does not come to destination.
Please help, because i don't understand what happen to my employee email account.

Are you trying to associated your mailserver to MS365? If so, we suggest to contact the Microsofy to check if your domain name has been fully associated to MS365. As we checked the domain name was pointed to the mailserver below:
IdyllicImagery.co.uk mail is handled by 10 f87445bde5eb0f44ae85653611ac38.pamx1.
Please contact your mail provider to check the outgoing server. Thank you!
my domain is www.aneka.web.id
this is the domain i use for company profile
aneka is my company name
.web.id means i purchase the domain in indonesia and my company located in Indonesia
my company is work in Food and beverage distribution company and has nothing to do with inappropriate langguage
