IP ADDRESS LOG

Has anyone been able to obtain an IP address log upon request? I have been trying for two (2) weeks but to no avail. I suspect that during repair of my computer the repair the shop hacked my email account and has disseminated some personal and private information.

Spell Check not functioning

I'm having issues with Hotmail's spell check.  It used to work just fine.  Then it began underlining in red spell errors and when you corrected just one of many, all the underlined erred portions of text had the red lining removed.  Now I can have ten misspellings in an e-mail being types and none of them get underlined.  What's goin on?

Excel Web App: Changed currency and dates to US defaults

Hi, I've been maintaining a spreadsheet for months now, with a master on Skydrive and a copy sync'd back to my PC. This spreadsheet contains financial transactions so has dates and currency columns.

I am in the UK, and I always use dates in the (sensible) DD/MM/CCYY format, not the slightly mad back-to-front US version of MM/DD/CCYY.
I also display negative currency values with a '-' prefix.

A couple of days ago, with no changes by me, I noticed that all the negative currencies were displayed in brackets. 
The dates looked normal (DD/MM/CCYY), but as soon as I entered a new row it was immediately reformatted to the US style. I now have dates in both formats within the same column.

My PC's regional settings have not changes; I'm using Excel 2007 and if I create a new workbook that's fine.

This is making the product unusable for me as I don't trust the data anymore, please can someone advise.

My hotmail account keeps sending an email that was sent a month ago over and over again, up to 5 times an hour, I do have a samsung galaxy and I did originally send the email from it, can anyone offer some advice please? Thanks

Hotmail.ca account – cannot find

Up until earlier this year I had a Hotmail.ca account.  I tried to access it today and get no where.

 

what's going on?

 

Has Hotmail.ca been eleiminated?

 

I have/had an email account with an inbox, folders and the like.

 

Why can I not find it?

I need your support next to the deletion of my hotmail.fr account last day after been hacked (password disclosed, computer not infected).

How can I reopen it and recover all the information I had in it? It is really necessary as I use it for professionnal concerns.

Until a few months ago, I was never asked to provide a password to download new emails. Since summer, 8 out of 10 times, a password is requested - I provide the correct one, but 9 out of 10 times, I'm informed that it is an incorrect password. It recognizes my password occasionally. What ???  How can I change my password to one Outlook will recognize, or even better, require no password since my computer is used only by me.

Installing BCM2013

We operate BCM2010 with Outlook 2010 and on some machines we upgraded to Outlook 2013 and upgraded to BCM2013. But I have just purchased a Surface Pro and installed Outlook 2013 but can't find an easy way to install BCM2013. I have tried installing BCM2010 but it is incompatible and I can't find a BCM 2013 install, I can only find an upgrade.  I don no really wish to re-install Outlook 2010 in order to install BCM 2010 and then upgrade both back to 2013.

Is there an easier way?

Unable to send emails

Hello,
I have an outlook, live and hotmail account however it seems I am unable to send any emails at this time. I am still recieving emails but it's frustrating as I'm unable to reply! Using iPhone 5...
Any help would be great...
