I am unable to access alternate e-mail addresses.
I'm having issues getting email from an address on my safe senders list. I've checked junk settings, blocked senders list and even added the domain of the sender to safe list as well. Forwarding is not set up. The emails in question can be sent to another
Outlook.com without issues and other accounts can forward those messages, it's just the automated system that can't get them to this inbox.
I am having problems recording my tape from my video camcorder. Down loading is no ploblem but recording onto the dvd and it always stop at 32%. The movie maker has stop working and if I start all over, It will stop at 32 % again. Please help...Ken

I do not have the option of "Spell Checking" my emails. It's incredibly frustrating. My friend has the option, but for some reason my Outlook is missing this feature. Any ideas as to why or how I can obtain it?
