Question about Outlook Express

What is push??  Do I need to set my sync to push instead of automatic?  How can I get my emails instantly?

I can't see my courier and i'm waiting a really important mail.

I want to check my mails but Outlook is not opening

quiero saber como se puede cerrar automaticamente mi sesion de correo outlook..despues de 3 o 5 minutos..por que seguido se me olvida hacerlo y se queda abierta mi sesion..la PC que uso es compartida..

I have a windows live hotmail plus account.  I have not been able to receive emails since 7:00 EST last night.  I am able to send emails to this account to my other non-microsoft owned accounts. 

I set up an Alias account, thinking I could use it for online purchases etc without clogging up my primary Hotmail account which I wanted to use for more personal stuff.  I noticed that all the folders in my primary Hotmail account were duplicated in this Alias account.  I didn't need them there so I deleted them only to discover to my horror that they were also deleted from my primary account.  Can I recover these folders and their emails?

For some reason, I lost all my contacts two weeks ago. Even when Hotmail upgraded to Outlook, I still had all my contacts. Now, I can't see any of them. I already ticked to include contacts from Outlook and Messenger, but it says I have 0 people.

Have tried chrome, and Firefox as well and still receive the blank white page. What do I need to do to access my files via skydrive.com.  Now, I was able to access it on a PC, but can't on my MacBook
