***SIGNING IN PROBLEM. Refreshes everytime I try to sign in

Hi,

I have a problem signing into my hotmail/outlook account. This is my alternate account but my main account, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, is having some problem signing in.

Everytime i sign in, and I am very sure my email address and password are correctly keyed in, it refreshes and brings me back to the sign-in page again. When I click "Can't access your account?", I get this message: "There's a temporary problem

There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."


I hope you can help me with this issue because that email is very important to me as it contains all my university applications and all other required documents. Please help me.

Not receiving emails

Hi,

Please can you help with this.
I have not receiving emails sent to me since yesterday (30/10) . I had problems with a password and needed it to be reset.
The email to reset it was sent but I never got it. I included the site in my address book, but still didnt get email with instructions to reset password.
Today I ask a friend to send me an email to my address, but again I never got it.
I really don't know what is wrong and would appreciate if anyone could help me.

Lost photos in Windows Live Photo Gallery

Lately when using this program I have downloaded photos from my digital camera, reviewed them in some detail, and when I press a "back" button or some other button to go to another screen in the program, the photos just "evaporate". Occasionally I can find them under some other file name completely unrelated. Most recently I could not find them at all despite spending hours reviewing all the old photo files, searching for info. on the net and using Recuva. I do not use MacAfee. These are work photos that are very difficult to replace. How do I avoid this problem in the future, and is there a way I have not discovered to find these photos. The only info. on them I have is the date I took and downloaded them.  Thank you.  Bill

PS.  In trying to submit this message it asks for my e-mail address. When I type it in it says it is not valid, which is wrong. Why is this?. I would like to be notified of answers to this post.

All file Folders for SkyDrive marked Read Only?

I went to open a file today and found that the SkyDrive Folder (on WIn 8.1) is marked all files to be read only.


Is this a default.?


I can't open one because of that.

Moving sub-folder

I've accidentally moved one of my folders into another folder (so now it's a sub-folder). How can I move it back to be a folder of its own?

Marking e-mails as read
