I use the outlook.com email service.  Initially it worked just fine.  For some reason I n the past couple of months I have been unable to respond or forward emails.  I have asked for help in the past with no avail.  I am considering closing down my outlook.com service, but first I wanted to give it another shot at fixing the problem.


Actually, I really like the Outlook.com service as it allows be to consolidate multiple email addresses, but I am about to give up on that.  Another note, seems that outlook.com wants to attached files (EML) to responses and forwards of received emails.  I don't know if that is causing my problem or not.

Cannot accept terms and conditions without parents email

When I made my Xbox live account I was told that I would need a parents email address and that is how the account was registered. Now however I am 18 and would like to be able to use the account without my parents permission. If someone could tell me how to make it so that I no longer need a parents email that would be greatly appriciated. 

Can’t receive emails from a specific domain

Emails sent from a specific domain to my outlook mailbox bounced back.

Bouncing Message that was sent to the domain stated:
(SMPT Error 550 SC-001) Mail rejected by Outlook for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.

I've checked my email filter and the sender is in the save sender list. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you.

I need help recovering my window live ID email.

I have a WLID that was used as a parental email for my xbox live account. I have tried multiple solutions and each one sends me a link going back to the original page that I was forwarded to that said someone might be using my account. I filled out a list of security questions and stuff requested a password reset and other things as well.. I can't accept the terms of service update on xbox live and I cant change the email or promote the account to an adult account (since I am 22 now) because I cant get in.. The email used as the alternate email is also from our ISP that went out of business years ago and no longer forwards to the new ISP email. I need help, any help at all.

My emails from other people are being returned to them

My emails are being returned...sporadically and not just from one individual, some are going through...any suggestions? Here's what it says:

The format of the email address isn't correct. A correct address looks like this:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message.
 

Family Centre need help urgently

I have just had my windows phone repaired by my network provider and it has been returned to me with all the data kept safe thanks to skydrive. However I cannot use any apps because I have not accepted the windows store terms of use which have to be accepted in the family centre however my parent has forgotten his parent email and password for hotmail and therefore I cannot accept the store terms and conditions and therefore cannot download apps.

Outlook will not respond, it is looked up in Internet Explorer 11,  it works fine on other computers and Crome. using windows 8,

Pending DNS configuration

Getting the error for my domain name irentshare.com. I have changed the settings under my DNS.

You need to prove ownership of this domain by creating a DNS record.
