I currently have a parental email in which case i do not have access to the password anymore, would it be possible to change that parent email account that controls what i do on my xbox live account?
My hotmail.co.uk account has been changed to outlook automatically but I have not been able to send or receive emails on this account for a few weeks now and I use it for work. I received a few notifications from outlook saying my mailbox was growing too fast but  Ihave deleted a lot of emails and it hasnt made any difference. I only had the problem since outlook took over. it seems as though if there are attachments they wont send or receive. p lease help as I have had my hotmail.co.uk account for years now and all my contacts know my email as *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I can not open emails or click on folders when I use the outlook.com site.  This issue has been going on for about a month.  I can do everything when I access Outlook.com through my phone, so I'm sure it's something related to my computer.   I've cleared the cache and reset settings.  I'm very frustrated that this issue has yet to be resolved!  Does ANYone know what might be going on?
I've stored communication in folders on outlook to keep records of calls transactions etc.
My file has gotten too large and some emails have disappeared
Is there a way to export them from my current computer to a physical storage with access without storing in outlook?

Thanks

Arthur

I have Windows 8.1 and there is a compatibility issue with explorer 11s protected mode and outlook.com . Other sites are affected too.

When I am at sites like my Outlook.com live mail which is a MS product I get a warning that it does not want to run compatibly with protected mode which is part of MS's program in explorer 11.

I understand what it is saying but isn't it a contradiction for the default to be enabling protected mode and Outlook live mail to not be compatible with it. If it were 2 different companies or programs it would make more sense but this is not logical. No 3rd parties are involved.

It seems Windows Outlook Live email should be compatible with explorer default 11's settings but it always states it is not compatible.

This is not the only site this happens to but is the clearest example of incompatibility within Windows..

I don't think lowering my security is the answer.

I'm 18 and need my parents permission to accept terms and conditions. Issue is that I don't remember my parents email and I cant find out what it is because I cant access my information in my account.
I haven't received any email in my Microsoft account since yesterday.  Emails I have sent show up in my sent file but none have been received by the addressee.  My wife's account isn't working either.
I keep getting a document cache error (below). Clicking repair does nothing to fix the problem. Restarting the computer doesn't resolve anything. Running Windows 7, Office 365 / Office 2013. Any advice?

I need to retreive all my emails deleted after April 2013, can you please help me do this?

Am running Win8.1 and have an email address in outlook.  Clicking on the email icon in internet explorer (11) brings up an error message that says the default  email client is not properly installed.  What now?

Thanks, RobertJ.
