I can't write new emails or foward emails on my hotmail. It was working yesterday - always has!
When I hit the "New" command or the "Forward" command, nothing happens.
Advice would be greatly appreciated!
I send someone an e-mail, when they try to reply in the return address bar there is a different address. My e-mail is **Removed for privacy** when they try to reply it has **Removed for privacy**. This has been going on for a couple of years. I need help?

I am not able to navigate throuch the maze of choices to find "Add an addresss" or "Add a contact", etc.
Since hackers got into my email and I was scammed by antihacking people who claimed to be part of hotmail support I have not been receiving all my emails/they don't go to junk either and there is no failure notice on other end. Also getting black moving
square boxes on email page and occasional side bar is missplaced to mid or bottom of email and I can't read it. I took it to local data place who said the antihackers put a virus in my email and it still is not fixed. What is wrong??
PS I am very unhappy with contact info. Data people could not even find a hotmail phone contact on my email. I looked up hotmail support 2x and BOTH were scammers! NOT GOOD
Is it possible to set up an automatic response of the 'out of office' type on hotmail, to use when I'm going to be away? If so, can anyone tell me how to do it - and how to remove it again?
when i go to my hotmail account, under "Hotmail Highlights-Upcoming birthdays" there is a list of birthdays, apparently from my daughter's facebook account, listed. This child has had their own email account for many years, and I have no idea, how her
account got linked to my hotmail account??? She uses her own e mail acct for facebook. We have a facebook acct also, but our own acct isn't linked to hotmail? I want to remove these contacts of hers. Our daughter does NOT use our hotmail account at all.

I did some research and saw under our account info that her name and facebook account are linked to hotmail, but none of us knows why?
She has never listed our hotmail acct with facebook.
We do NOT get emails or spam from these people, I just find it annoying to constantly see these names on that Hotmail overview page under "Highlights-Upcoming birthdays"
