Recover files that were cleared from “Junk” folder using “Empty” key in Hotmail

We use "Empty" to clear "Junk" folder regularly.  Unfortuately check too quickly and missed an emial I wanted to read.  Could not stop process.  Is there any way to recovered the "empty" Junk mail for last few days?

my 16 year old daughter recently tried to close down an old facebook account she opened when she was 12 . she doesnt have a clue what the old 
email address was or the passwords as its been a few years since she has used it . facebook will not allow her access and state its still active . ALARM BELLS RANG . as we no longer remember what the email address was or password we cant access it . we can see her profile pic has been removed along with ALL her photo albums including pics of her and friends on the beach and in swim wear . IM ALARMED A MAN IS USEING HER ACCOUNT TO GROOM GIRLS AS A PERSON HAS ANSWERED QUESTIONS meant for my daughter dated APRIL 2012 . MY DAUGHTER HAD NO ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT IN 2012 . IF MICROSOFT AND FACEBOOK REFUSE TO HELP WHEN ITS OBVIOUS ITS NOT MY DAUGHTER IM GOING TO REPORT TO POLICE . i cant believe someone can change email and passwords now we are being told its still active so it seems WE ARE being accused of trying to hack it ?????????

Hi,

Recently my email format changed ... I have hotmail ... When I go to forward emails I go  to the prompt where it says CC or BCC.  Well, I can only send it cc to my dismay.  How do I rectify that and if I can't how do I restore the old format.  Driving me nuts.  Shirley

I upgraded to Outlook. Since doing so i have not been able to acsess my emails. When i click on an email, error on page is dispalyed in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

Hi in don't like the outlook , I want to coming bach to the regular Hotmail.

I don't care if outlook are the best I prefer to work, due my bussisness and read better my e mail

please I hope somebody can help me
