After receiving notice of impending cancellation due to expired credit card, I updated my credit card details. My Hotmail Plus account was cancelled anyway even though the current credit card details are visible in my account! The link in the cancellation
email only takes me to and endless loop which never allows me to contact the billing deparatment with my querry. Please help!
My msn email account was changed to outlook without my permission and it is now malfunctioning badly
The unfortunate outlook express has taken over my msn. emal account and i want it changed back. Most of my email contacts are hidden or gone now and the changeover is a big fiasco. I want to change back to the old stlye that worked very well for years.
Why change for change sake?
I'm receiving emails supposedly from Microsoft Account, Hotmail. Its telling me that I've exceeded my storage limit and will be cut off from my account if I don't go into this portal. I've completely emptied most of my boxes and keep them quite small
daily. But this morning I had yet another email telling me the same.
This email has no Microsoft logo or anything to say that its a genuine Microsoft Hotmail message. I'm very suspicious too as it comes into my 'junk' box each time. (this is the 3rd one I've had in 2 months).
I did go into the email this morning and all that was on the page was a form requesting my personal details. I'm not prepared to give any of this, as there's nothing once again to say that its from Microsoft.
My other complaint is that there is nowhere on the 'Help' button here that I can report this to and I'm sure this is the wrong forum to make a complaint or ask for help.

I send alot of email and the individuals say they did not get it. How can I mark it so when they open it or delete it without opening it. I can find out.

I received something that I want to forward to many of my friends. I go to forward and only six of my frequent friends are listed when I really wanted the choice of all my friends. I have spent over an hour working on this after reading all the directions
