I got an e-mail that my hotmail account is to be terminated in 3 days. The e-mail says I requested it but I didn't . There is an address to respond to. Is this legit?

I paid for Hotmail Plus for various resaons. Now that Outlook is being shoved down are throats, does anyone have any idea why I am being billed for the Hotmail Plus renewal? From what I understand Hotmail will soon be gone.
I recieved email today that my hotmail acct. that I requested to be deleted was in progress & would take 3 days. I never requested it to be deleted. The link to c/ if I hadn't requested it popped up as a warning or dangerous site, so what can I do? If
it was from microsoft,how do I confirm that I didn't request this so my acct. isn't deleted.

Same as above question, is my hot mail being canceled, i don't want it canceled. I did not cancel it.
while I was going through the settings in my hotmail account, I accidently clicked "close my account". I do not want to close my account. I have now received a message from the Hotmail team telling me that the process of closing my account has begun and
it will take 3 days to close and then I will loose all that is attached to my account. What do I do to stop this process.....I do not want to close my account.
