When I try to click on my homepageto get my emails on live.com, it just stays in the search mode (going around and around) and nothing happens. I have been trying for two days to log on. What do I need to do?
Is there a way of getting an audio signal for incoming emails in the Hotmail page (recently renamed Outlook mail)? I used to get a warning through MSN essenger, but that got merged with Skype and I no longer get a warning. Does anybody know how to tet
the system up to provide a warning?
when I click on word 2013 in windows 8 there is a list of "recent documents" I want to delete. I cannot find a delete key.

I have received a message from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** asking for my user ID, password, age, country, and phone number in order to keep my hotmail account from being blocked. It is asking for a response within 24 hours. Is this a hoax or a real message from Hotmail that must be answered.

I would like to include my own animations and clipart directly in to my Hotmail email. I have an XP computer and can do this with 'Outlook Express', but there is no way I can on Hotmail, any ideas.
