Hola, ya habia escrito sobre un correo donde me pedian informacion o cancelaban mi cuenta pero en esa ocasion cuando ustedes me respondieron ya habia eliminado el mensaje. Este es el segundo correo que recibo y es del mismo remitente, les envio copia, me imagino

Login to Hotmail/Outlook Mail with Windows 8 is extremely slow with same Internet connection as with Windows 7- can I change any settings or make any tweaks to speed things up?

My husband has gone missing and no phone calls and emails have been returned from him since 2 weeks ago. I'm extremely concerned with his mentality and safety. He seems to have a conspiracy theory and at his point I really need to access his hotmail to find out his whereabout, or at least, whether he has checked his recent emails yet/whether his account has been active in the last 2 weeks. You must be able to do at least this!
Please help me ASAP! It's life saving!
