something pops up saying my password is incorrect. I tried to change my password but the security question i dont remember the answer to.

Since the upgrade for the Hotmail site I am finding it very slow to either open and e-mail or send and e-mail I keep getting a "not responding message" why, can anyone help me and are others experiencing this.
I have an email that suggests that I add an address to my contacts but it is not the address that the email came from. I've tried to copy and paste but I have not found a place to paste the new address into my contacts. How in heck is it done!?!
when i reply to emails the sender's email to me is automatically deleted never to be found again including all attachments etc

Hi all,
I have been trying to close my msn account but I failed to closed it so far.
I have been prompted to deactivate the billing services which I am unable to deactivate it.
I have try to read up on technical support to fix the problem myself but I could not find any solutions to it.
I have read through the forum here and realised that I am not the only one with this issue.
So I will like to seek help to assist me to close my msn account.
Please assist me. Appreciate for your efforts.
