I was deleting emails from my junk and trash, and must have accidentally deleted my 6 drafts, as well. Is there any way to retrieve them? Some of the drafts contained collected info for years and are very precious to me. Any help you can offer would be

Just wanted to say yesterday (October 31st) in between the hours of 1pm to about 3.30pm(GMT). I wasnt able to sign into my account, I realised this by my phone prompting me for my credentials and stating authentication had failed. I tried to reset my password however always got the pages There is a temporary problem with this service try again. At or around 3.30 i was able to reset my password and access my account. Just wondering if anyway else had these issues, or is it likely my account could have been compromised?

I have repaired , using option 1 and 2 ( quick repair and online) and still nothing. I have unistalled using the Fix-it tool and reinstalled three time , but no results. The other programs work fine ( powerpoint, one note ,excel) but outlook does not want to start. I think there might be something wrong with the dvd. Can I get another one? or can it be repaired on line? I am at my wits end. Any body ? Any ideas? jack

we want to reset existing account password, it not include this feature. So, we would like to request this two feature to support team.

I have tried repeatedly to close my Outlook account because it was hacked. When I go here: Deactivate your Outlook account I keep getting the messages that: To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account
and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com. I know I have NO billing services at all. But it makes me go to https://billing.microsoft.com and when I get there I get this display page: No billing information available We couldn't find billing information
associated with this account. I do not know who to contact to get this cleared up. I desperately need to close my account.
I follow the directions for validating my domain. I even look at the MX records in the command line and it looks right. However, the domain is still not validated and the status stays "Pending DNS Configuration".
This is the second time I've tried doing this. What am I missing?
