am totally baffled, cannot access a hotmail account i have, i know the password and i have tried to reset the password but they say the account does not exist. I then try to set up a new account with the same email address and it says i cant as the address already exists..am totally baffled

When I press the print icon on the tool bar I get a very large printed A4 page of Folders, and only part of the message.
What do I do to reduce in size so I can see the total email message that has been sent to me??
