I cannot seem to access my email on Outlook.com through a web browser, I can however access my calendar, people and skydrive and other Microsoft services so my sign-in works fine, just trying to access my email I keep getting the "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now" message. This has been going on since last night. This is for a Outlook.com - paid no-ad account and I have tried to access this account from multiple computers in different locations all with the same error message. I can access other Hotmail/outlook email accounts without any issue, it is just this one account that has issues. I can access the email through the mail app in Windows 8 and through my mobile device, it is only when going to Outlook.com through a browser that I cannot access this one account.

This has been going on since late yesterday, October 31st

After the latest Windows 8 Pro upgrade SkyDrive does not update when viewed from the desktop or using the app.

If I go online and access via the internet it is all in order

Why can I recover old emails from the selective box below the Outlook logo even as far back as , in my case 2009, but am unable to see them in my inbox?

This facility os of little value if the original sender's email address is not properly remembered because many companies have email responders starting with things like 'donotreply@', or services@' etc which mere mortals like myself can barely remember. It would be preferable for Microsoft NOT to delete from inboxes without user approval!!
Since Hotmail was upgraded to Outlook accessing the Calendar required clicking on "proceed without upgrading your browser" , I have the most up to date browser IE8 for XP Pro ... but as of Oct 30 the option to continue without upgrade has been removed and i now can't get at my Calendar ... HELP !
Hi,

I have an Outlook profile which has a photo of myself on it. When I send e-mails however, a photo of a man appears on the e-mails I send. I don't know who the man is and I can't find the photo saved on my profile. I am really confused, can anyone help with this?

Thanks,
Katy
