I used hotmail without problems for years. Then I was forced to login via Windows Live. Now entire folders have disappeared containing
much vital correspondence. Where did they go? Why? How can I retrieve them?

I recently moved to outlook but find that my mouse will not move when trying to alter e mails that I wish to send on. I can only get by using keyboard arrows. Any solutions?
How do I get ride of the advertisement listed on the right of my e-mail. When I try to make a copy of the e-mail the advertisement column blocks out part of the e-mail content. Never happened before this new version of outlook. Thank you for your help
I have the same problem as T.Y.Karel. When I try to print out an email it does not print a clean email - includes folders etc. I want hotmail back!!!! or a solution to this problem. AKA
