Outlook has got worst since changing from hotmail, I never had any of these problems with hotmail, sort it out Microsoft!
I’m trying to sign in to my Hotmail/outlook account, however when I have signed in it’s stating that there is a problem and I can’t access my mail or hotmail account in general. Is anyone else having this problem?
Certain emails sometimes appear in my inbox however they seem to delete themselves after me receiving them. However some emails seem to remain in my inbox. It is only certain types of email which has word documents attached that this is happening with.
Also sometimes when i am informed by senders that they have sent me an email, when i log in to my inbox it does not seem to have been received. How can i resolve this issue?
How do I prevent this latest update from forcing me to take on the Skype? I do NOT want it and have told the program "NO"
until my fingers bleed but it now will not let me back into my messenger or hotmail/outlook.
Just when did Microsoft become "Big Brother" and decide they could force us to accept a program we do not want or need??
I have tried to change password, gone thru account recovery process, ran the software suggested, with no success. I also have Norton Security package installed on computer itself, and it says no hacking. Can you suggest something? I do not run Windows

On hotmail I used to be able to see my ENTIRE list of contacts to choose who I wanted to send an email to. Now I only see a partial list. I can't remember some people's email addresses so it makes it really HARD to include them in my mailings unless I
can see my entire list!!! Why can't I see my entire mailing list of people when you click on PEOPLE? I know they are there because if I type in certain names they do come up. Sometimes I can't remember all the names of people who I want to include and that
why actually looking at the list was nice! I never forgot anyone!

I have several account with MS: Hotmail, live etc
One of them, that I have rarely used lastly was @Hotmail.com
I can still log back via my @live.com account (switching on it) but all the content is gone.
I really need to recover the emails, it's vital.

I have transferred to outlook.com at the beginning of April from Hotmail and now I have discovered that all my emails for the last 3/4 years have gone!!!!! I have checked the deleted/Pop folder and they are not there... I can guarantee i have not deleted my messages!!! alot of emails are very important to me please advised and fix the issue!

On switching from hotmail to outlook my inbox has been erased!!!can you restore this ASAP I have important emails indeed access to.
