We are a retail company, and hotmail and Live addresses do not deliver order confirmations to our customers that use Hotmail or Live addresses. they are delivered to Outlook.com addresses though. We do not get a rejection, NDR, bounce or anything else,
the message just seems to disappear. Any suggestions?
I have 5 domains in my account domain @indonesianbacktrack.or.id, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (domain.live.com) but it is likely not used anymore so I had to move to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that is definitely always used a domain forever. How do I move to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** without changing the email system? thank you

I recently created a new email account. However, when I send an email from this account to another person, the email I send is always being placed in the "junk" folder of the receiver.
