Hi, I've been using Skydrive with no problems until now. For the past couple of days, it won't sign in and update my files. The icon is darkened and allows no commands except 'Help'. My PC is signed into Skydrive as I can access the Skydrive via live.com without having to sign in. 

When I try to log in on the desktop I get a blank Window with just the icon and Microsoft SkyDrive on the upper frame, nothing visible inside. It seems to be just stuck - and unresponsive - but also doesn't indicate any error.

My logs indicate network error - but everything else works, including e-mail and transfer to and from Skydrive (by dragging and dropping to live.com)

When getting e-mails I receive no pictures just blank squares with a small x in the upper left corner. This has been 95% of the time since they switched me from Hotmail to Outlook. Any ideas I might try and is there a setting that is causing this.  Thank You

I am an Office 365 user and have a small business account there. When I try to download and set up outlook.com, none of the options I have found in this forum seem to appear. If I sign in with my existing 365 account, nothing works, if I sign in with another Live account, I can add my 365 account but nothing works and I don't get the option to manually set it up.

I use Office 2010 & Rackspace to share calendars, contacts, etc.  Set up to link 2 desktops and 1 iPhone.  I'd like to know to set up a calendar that won't be shared.  I usually have kept a separate calendar that relates only to me -- tax filing due dates, etc.  There's no need for this to be shared across both computers and the iPhone.  But even though I have set up two different calendars, both are being updated & shared across the system.  Rackspace says this is a problem that needs to be solved by Outlook.

How do we find out the status and/or how long the site will be down?

Hello Microsoft! my account has been hacked twice now and I would very much like to obtain my IP history :) how would I do this? *cough* moderator *cough*
I can access my account but cannot see any emails that I have received since 10/30 and emails that I create do not send. 
I have deleted old emails in case i am out of server space.

I just started using my live.com account less than 1 month ago (but have had it for over 1+ year) and some of my emails are disappearing.  In addition, the emails in my inbox don't match between my laptop, iPad and Nokia phone.  I can't work this way and need consistancy.  There is nowhere I can see (after clicking on every visable setting option) how to change any settings.  Please HELP so I won't miss paying another bill on account of it disappearing from my inbox on my iPad (but was in the inbox on my Nokia phone).  I can't spend my time regularly comparing what is each inbox verses the other inboxes.  They should ALL MATCH!  Thank you!!!
