emails continue to disappear!

Emails from my hotmail account are disappearing! Last week 10+ years of emails just disappeared. Then a few days ago another week of emails disappeared. I have seen the previous posts so let me say that I did not accidentally delete them, my account was not hacked, and my account has not been inactive. I access it multiple times per day, as I have for 10+ years. This is obviously an issue on your end. How do I get my entire email history restored into my account?

my email password was changed, so is the security question and the alternative email address. I am unable to recover the account. Emails are being sent to my contacts. Don't know what else to do.

Help!

All of a sudden my hotmail account changed to large font, it's driving me crazy!  how do I change it back to normal size? its not the settings on my computer. 

Any help is appreciated! :)

Problem signing in to Hotmail/Outlook using IE9 for Vista

 Have checked online on this site and am told by Microsoft that this is the latest upgrade. It has been happening for a couple of weeks. I have used the tool on ths site to remove IE add-ons - no change. If I use Google Chrome - no problem at all. How do I correct it? It must be this PC as I can get into Hotmail/Outlook with IE8 or 9 on other  PCs. It's not 'maintenance' surely for a couple of weeks and if I can use Hotmail/Outlook from another PC or using Chrome?
